What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the cropped photo, generated video, email address, payment reference and technical delivery data such as the job identifier, status and timestamps. We do not require an account. While checkout is unavailable, preview photos stay in your browser.
How it is used
Your photo is sent through Kie.ai to the selected video model to render your video. We use your email and payment reference for order support. We do not sell your data or use your uploads to train our own models. Processing by Kie.ai and its model providers is subject to their terms and policies.
Retention
Photos and rendered videos are stored in private object storage and are deleted automatically after 30 days. Your browser stores a private job link in local storage so you can return to your video; clear your browser storage to remove it.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake. Payment details are entered on Waffo’s hosted checkout and are never received by us. Waffo processes the payment and sends us a confirmation that a video was paid for.
Processors
We use Cloudflare for hosting, order data and private file storage; Kie.ai for video generation; and Waffo for payment processing. These providers process relevant data under their own security and privacy terms.
Analytics
We do not currently load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or advertising trackers. Browser local storage holds your private order access token so you can return to the order in the same browser.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your video before the 30-day window by emailing us with your order reference. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or object to processing of your personal data.
