About PhotoToAIVideo & support
PhotoToAIVideo is the website at phototoaivideo.com. Its current product creates a 15-second, silent photo-to-video clip inspired by an invisible-motorbike chase. The Crazy Frog AI name describes the video style; this is an independent, unofficial service.
What you can make here
Upload one photo, choose highway, neon city or desert, and select vertical 9:16 or landscape 16:9. The service produces a downloadable MP4 with no added watermark. It uses a preset chase sequence, not a general-purpose video editor. AI output can contain visual artifacts and cannot guarantee an exact likeness or action sequence.
One video costs $3.99 USD, tax included, as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no account to create. See the price and generator and the step-by-step photo guide before ordering.
Contact customer support
Email support@phototoaivideo.com for an order problem, payment question, failed delivery, content report or request to delete stored media. Include your order reference and what happened. Do not send your card number, security code or private order access token.
Keep your order open in the same browser where you placed it. A different device or cleared browser storage does not automatically have access to your private order. If payment or generation is uncertain, contact support about the original order rather than paying again.
How the service is delivered
Cloudflare hosts the site, order data and private media storage. Kie.ai and its model providers process the photo to generate the video. Waffo Pancake provides hosted checkout. These are service providers; their inclusion does not imply an endorsement of PhotoToAIVideo.
The site automatically deletes its stored photos and videos after 30 days. Provider data processing follows the providers' own policies. We currently do not load advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Read the privacy policy and terms of service for processing, consent and failed-delivery handling.
Independent and unofficial
PhotoToAIVideo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Crazy Frog, Erik Wernquist or any rights holder. We do not distribute the official character artwork or the original music recording. Videos ship silent. Upload only yourself or another consenting adult; no minors, celebrities or public figures.
